Returns
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We strive to provide services that benefit all our customers. We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make. In some circumstances, you may want to return certain items. Don’t worry, you can request a return directly in the order management. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to assist you.

Conditions of returnable items:
Items that can be returned/refunded within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original packaging with tags.
- Items must be in new condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- Items defective, damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Items received in wrong size/color.
Additional information:
- Returned items must be in resalable condition.
- Returned items must be unworn/unused with original tags and packaging.
- Goods must be packaged in such a way that neither the item nor the brand packaging (if applicable) is damaged during transit. oshoplace.fr does not accept responsibility for items damaged during transit.
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We strongly recommend that you use a postal service (with insurance, if necessary depending on the value of the goods) and retain proof of postage. oshoplace.fr does not accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
- If an order is returned and does not meet these conditions, your return may be refused and sent back to you, or a partial refund may be offered.

Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrived damaged or you have any issues with a product you purchased, please contact us as soon as possible. We will need a picture or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received so we can offer a solution. The most common solutions to resolve issues with damaged or defective items are:

We may offer a discount for keeping items with minor damage.
If we are unable to replace the item, and you are unwilling to accept a discount, you may cancel the order and return the items for a full refund. We may be able to collect the items or provide you with a free returns label. However, if we are unable to collect the item or provide you with a free returns label, we will reimburse the reasonable return postage costs upon presentation of your return postal receipt.
Refusal of delivery:
If you refuse to accept delivery of all or part of your order (where the products or packaging do not appear to be damaged or defective), any costs incurred by the seller as a result of refusing a package may be deducted from your merchandise refund. The same rule will apply if the tracking indicates that a delivery attempt was made and the item is awaiting collection at a postal depot, and this item is not collected and returned to sender.
Refunds
You will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
If we have offered to collect the goods, you will be refunded within 10 days of cancelling your contract.
You will receive an email once the products have been returned and accepted by us.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to initially purchase the items.
